And Broken Ones Don't Have to Stay That Way.

I work with families going through divorce, considering divorce, or trying to build something better before it ever gets there. Whether you are trying to protect your kids, save your marriage, or just figure out the next right step, I am here to help you do this better.

I Have Spent My Career Helping Kids. And I Learned That the Best Way to Help Them Is to Help You.

For most of my career, I worked as a therapist with children and teenagers. I sat with kids who were anxious, grieving, angry, and confused, and I did everything I could to help them. But over time I kept coming back to the same realization: so much of what those kids were carrying started at home. With the adults in their lives. With the conflict, the silence, the things that were said and the things that weren't.

That is when my focus shifted. If I really want to help children, I need to help their parents. I need to help families stay together when they can, and go through separation with less damage when they can't. I want to equip parents before a crisis hits, and walk alongside them when it does.

That is the work I do now. And it is the work I believe matters most.
